Shipping policy

Limited edition prints are hand rolled in a strong cardboard postage tube. We use tracked and signed services for our Irish, UK, and International (RoW) markets. The shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the artwork that you're ordering and where the order is being delivered to. Studio LoJo is UK based therefore most of the orders are being shipped from the UK. In some cases, print orders are being fulfilled in Ireland and delivered to customers in Ireland. 

Ireland - An Post | Registered post | €12 per tube

United Kingdom - Royal Mail | Tracked & Signed | £8 per tube

International / Rest of World - Royal Mail | International Tracked & Signed | £20 per tube

Please note: prices may vary depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Studio LoJo believes in transparency and will communicate all additional charges when needed. 

Original canvases vary in size and weight and therefore require a custom quote. We use PACK & SEND for large canvas deliveries across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and beyond. Customers are only charged for transit and paperwork costs. 

As most items are made to order and may incur customs checks, delivery can take anywhere from 10-15 working days once the order is processed.
